What kinds of venues is this for?
Any venue where people book a space for a set time. That includes axe throwing, escape rooms, darts, karaoke, pool and snooker, shuffleboard, crazy golf, function rooms and golf simulators. Lots of venues run several of these, and they can all go on one booking page.
How much does it cost?
It’s a monthly subscription with no setup fee, and we don’t take anything from your booking revenue. The price depends on how many spaces you have, so we’ll give you a figure on the call.
Do you take a cut of each booking?
No. Booking payments go from Stripe straight to your account. Membership payments and event tickets have a 1% fee, because we run the recurring billing and ticketing for those.
Who is behind Activity Booking Software?
BookMyBays, a UK company (Cuppacard Ltd). The booking system started with golf simulator venues and is now used for escape rooms, axe throwing, darts and more.
Can I move over from my current booking system?
Yes. Tell us what you use now and we’ll go through what can be moved across. Existing customer credit balances can be brought over too.
Does it work outside the UK?
Yes. You can charge customers in pounds, euros or dollars. Support is available during UK business hours.
