This website is run by Cuppacard Ltd (company number 15636346, registered in England and Wales), which trades as BookMyBays. Activity Booking Software is one of our products.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and only loads when you open it (or visit the Talk to sales page), at which point Calendly may set its own cookies. While you browse, your browser keeps a note of how you arrived (for example the ad or website that sent you) for the length of your visit only, so that if you book a call we know where you heard about us. It is never stored on our servers unless you book.

When you book a call

Calls are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter (such as your name, email address and venue) and shares them with us so we can hold the call. That booking also carries the note of how you arrived. Calendly’s own privacy policy covers how it handles your data.

We handle the information you give us in line with the BookMyBays privacy policy, which explains your rights and how to contact us: www.bookmybays.com/legal/privacy.
