How it helps

Pool and snooker halls rely on regulars. Members want their rate without any fuss, casual players want to book from their phone, and both need to end up in the same diary.

Member pricing

Sell monthly plans, credit bundles or off-peak passes. Members book online and their plan applies automatically.

Quiet daytime hours

Lower prices during the day and higher prices in the evening, applied automatically.

Walk-ins and online bookings

Desk, phone and online bookings all go in one live diary, so a table can’t be sold twice.

Frequently asked questions

Can members get a different price?

Yes. Members book through the same page and their plan applies automatically, whether that is a monthly plan, a credit bundle or an off-peak pass. Plans can be limited to off-peak days and times.

Can membership renewals come by Direct Debit?

Yes. Renewals can be collected by Direct Debit through Stripe, which usually costs less than a card payment, with the member’s saved card as a fallback if a payment fails.

Can staff still take bookings at the desk?

Yes. Walk-ins and phone bookings take a few taps, paid by cash or a payment link, and sit in the same diary as online bookings.
