Frequently asked questions
Can customers book several lanes for one group?
Yes. Set up a group package once and customers pick a headcount. The system works out how many lanes that takes, seats the group in neighbouring lanes and charges it as one booking.
Can I make people agree to safety rules before they pay?
Yes. Your terms appear as a tick box at checkout and nobody can pay without accepting them. Each acceptance is stored with the date and the exact wording. A full signed waiver can also go out by email with the confirmation.
Can I take a deposit rather than the full amount?
Yes. Take the full amount or a deposit through Stripe when they book, and record the rest when it is paid at the venue.
